One tea that never goes out of fashion. The fruity flavours delicately fill the front palate, & the menthol after flavour leaves you feeling refreshed & pouring yourself another cup!

Licorice Root (IL)

The real deal – just licorice root! The health benefits are many & varied. As an antibacterial, antiviral & anti-inflammatory it can also improve digestion & bowel functionality, ease a sore throat, & reducing pain associated with ulcers.

Licorice & Peppermint

Organic peppermint simply combined with the sweet licorice & bingo – its one of AoT’s best sellers!

Body Cleanse

OK, it’s detox time? Or just feel like a daily gentle cleanser? This combination of herbs is refreshing (not bitter) & works gently to help cleanse the kidneys, liver, skin & digestive system.

Scottish Breakfast (IL)

This is the Art of Tea’s strongest black tea, and not for the faint hearted! – Very Popular

Dandelion Root

Well known for its ability to detox the liver. It is also a diuretic. May also assist with sluggish bowels.

Winter Time

but just as cosy

Our opening times for winter change a little. From 1 May to 31 August we will be open from 10.30am until 4.00pm.

Along with the winter open times and the usual teas, barista’d drinks and all sorts of delights, we will extend the menu to include soup. Each day there will be a choice of homemade soups accompanied with homemade buns. As usual, we try and provide some choice for the gluten and other ingredient intolerant diners.

Also keep your eye open for our first High Tea. We will let you know as early as we can to help you with your planning.
